CROSSFIT FOR BEGINNERS

Private/semi-private entry-level classes designed to allow you to get a feel for the gym and make sure it is a fit for you. You have your own unique story and these classes allow our staff to learn about what you need to be successful. We develop a game plan based on your starting level of fitness and help you to safely & effectively build your strength and soar past your goals!

CROSSFIT

This is where the magic happens! These are small group classes designed for all levels of fitness where you will learn new skills, move in ways you haven’t moved in a long time or never did before. You will discover how rewarding it is to challenge yourself…then meet and exceed those challenges. Our coaches will be your guide. We will take the time to modify exercises and workouts to fit your needs. Our goal is to help you succeed in surpassing your goals AND to suggest new ones that you never thought you could achieve. We enjoy our members successes…sometimes more than they do. 🙂

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one training sessions scheduled with one of our highly trained coaches. These sessions focus on much more specific goals of an athlete and are tailored to those goals. Focuses range from competition training, injury/surgery recovery, weight loss, weight gain, general strength gain, skill training and more.
